Our small, family-owned Heller Winery is located in San Martin, California, with beautiful views of the east foothills.
Our Bordeaux-style wines are produced in small lots from our own vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Carignane.
We also produce small quantities of wine using grapes from other sources within our Santa Clara Valley and Santa Cruz appellations, enabling us to offer Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and a red blend.
Our vineyards were planted in 2010 and produced our first small harvest in 2013. We now have the time to learn the finer points of wine making and vineyard maintenance and to grow grapes that will become estate wines we are excited to share.
Our outdoor tasting area is a welcome spot for family and friends. Our goal is to provide a casual and fun wine tasting experience where you can meet us, enjoy the beauty of our vineyards and views, have a glass of wine, and make new friends.

Produced from our vineyard, this wine has plum and berry flavors and a deep ruby color. Our 2015 Merlot is a Silver Medal winner in two competitions and is a consistent customer favorite. Did you know that Merlot in French means “The Little Blackbird”, thought to be a reference to the deep dark colored skin of the grape.
Also produced from our own vineyard, our Cab is a full-bodied wine with flavors of licorice and nutmeg and a nice fruity finish. Cabernet is one of the most popular Bordeaux varietals found in our Santa Clara Valley. A Silver Medal winner in the 2019 San Francisco Chronicle competition.
Produced from our vineyard, this Merlot has aged in the bottle for three years and has matured to a smooth and silky finish.
This estate Cab is rich and full-bodied with a classic fruit forward finish. It pairs well with our favorite rib eye steak.
Produced from grapes purchased from a vineyard in Woodside, this is a light, bright Pinot. It has been a customer favorite since introduced.
